Grant Aided Housing Upgrading and refurbishment/ Extension of houses for individual clients in Bristol and Bath, funded via Local Councils under various housing need and disability grant schemes. Costs of projects vary ,7K to ,40K.

Individual Houses Projects for individual clients, varying in extent from passive solar houses to energy efficient conservatories with special solar control devices. Substantial alteration/improvement works to listed buildings.
